Sound Enhancements Tab Missing

No Sound Enhancement Tab Windows 10
Hello, I was hoping to find out some help of why I am missing my enhancements tab in the audio properties of my speakers. I want to try and enable 'loudness' but it just doesn't seem to be there! I have the latest drivers for my audio, I just can't figure out what I'm missing. Here's a screenshot showing the tab missing.

Keep it civil and on topic. My audio fucked up a few months ago because of a windows 10 update, and i think it may have removed my option for the audio enhancer which is probably why it's fucked up. Is a screenshot of how it looks, and you can see there's no tab for the enhancement part. I've tried looking in the other ones to see if it's there but there's nothing.I've tried looking this up on google but I only get people trying to advertise shitty scanners. I already tried one which was probably a bad idea but it was basically just a bunch of advertisements but i've uninstalled it now.
